Great Service!

<p>I went into Matrix computers at Randridge mall looking for a budget gaming keyboard and mouse for a special occasion. There was a diffirence in price when compared to online and other shops, plus I was given the wrong info at another shop. Not only was the sales person (a young lady, did not get her name) super helpful and transparent, but when she saw she was unable to give further assistance in the matter, without hesitation got the owner invovled. In less than 30 minutes, the situation was sorted out. The owner went above and beyond the call of duty, and because of that reason I will not only return to the franchisee in my personal capacity, but will be going out my way to support them when it comes to IT related supplies st work.
