I recently bought a wifi router from matrix northmead and had a configuration issue! I called bianka and she directed me to micheal who gladly tried to assist me on the phone and also requested if I still have a problem to bring it in for further investigation I gladly did that and believe me this man was outstanding indeed, he sorted my problem in a very short time.!
