For the best service and the best price on all your computer needs..... I think not
<p>Windows on my computer crashed, so I took it to the renowned franchise in Edenvale. R550 later they reloaded Windows and I collected my PC. When I got it home, Windows hadn't been activated, Microsoft Office was missing, the internet drivers were missing. Basically I had a box I could do nothing with.</p> <p>If this is what they call service I am shocked.</p>

Windows had to be re-loaded and this means all other programs was lost due to the formatting of the Pc. The entire process was explained to you and you were in agreement. Windows was activated and working fine, everything was shown to you before you left the store. Unfortunately we could not reload office or anti-virus as you had no licence keys to present us with at the time. The shop will be in touch with you soon to see how they can assist you further.
