False Product Adverti*****t & Non Working Products

Matrix falsely advertises products on their website only to find that the shop hasn't stocked the item for months according to a rude individual at the Centurion Mall branch. The rude individual just so happens to be the store manager. I have purchased 3 alternative power supplies (as opposed to the ones advertised on the website) from them at different times and so far none of them have worked. What is worse is that they will take the product back and force you to still buy from them by not refunding you. All other stores simply refund if the product doesn't work. I would definitely not recommend buying their products as they are constant (duds) as they refer to them. I am disgusted by the ripping people off strategy and their poor quality products, not to mention the attitude of the managers and the false advertising of products on their website. Do not waste your money at these stores.
