False information on Power banks

On 20 January I bought two 3800mAh powerbanks from Matrix in Alberton - Product code PB-3800 MD*** - on Invoice number ***6.<br> <br> I have a Galaxy Note 3 with a 3200mAh battery and had to use both, fully charged powerbanks to charge my phone form empty to 30% capacity. I went back and complained on which they exchanged the two banks for new ones after testing. This did however not improve the situation.<br> <br> When I took the \new\" powerbanks back to claim my money back they told me that for my battery I should buy a minimum of a 10000mAh powerbank.<br> <br> I do not think I am unreasonable to expect that if a powerbank is rated at 3800mAh it should be able to charge a 3200mAh battery to full capacity - not even to mention that two of them cannot charge it to even half capacity.<br> <br> In my view these powerbanks that are ADVERTISED AND SOLD as 3800mAH units are no more than 800mAh units.<br> <br> Matrix are refusing to refund me and hence this post."
