I bought Windows Office from the store on the 26/11/2015 and this gentleman assured me at the time that the software would not only be valid for 1 year. To my surprise when I got home it was exactly valid for one year. I work in Fourways and did not have an opportunity to return the item before today. When I got to the store with my receipt they refused to return it or accept my explanation that it was sold under the incorrect pretences otherwise I would not have bought the software. The gentleman told at the time it was for life once off. This action is against the National Consumer act. I expect to be refunded

You were in our store on 26 November 2015. Titus told you that it is called Office 365 because the license is valid for 365 days. You were in the store for about ten minutes, bought the office and left. You returned yesterday 10 December 2015 and asked Titus to be refunded. The office packet was not sealed anymore and Titus informed you that we cannot refund you on software once it was opened due to piracy issues.
It is extremely unreasonable to ask for a refund as you were in possession of the software licence key for 2 weeks and we can't take the risk of taking it back.
We are sorry that we were unable to assist you this time.
