Failure to Horner a Purchase
The store manager refused to sell a USB TV Stick accessory. Their reason from them not allowing the sale was that we have to present TV licence. However they did not advice the regulation that state the fact. Also the content of feedback received from the manager was not satisfactory. And over and above all what is explained on presentation of an South African ID the store did not have the facility to check or validate the existence of the license. 8

We apologise for your frustration in this instance. Matrix Warehouse will not sell TV tuners without a valid TV licence. This is legislation within South Africa. Unfortunately the staff did not have the facility to check for a licence. This will be corrected and training will be given around the facility available from the authorities.
