Extremely Disappointed

I recently purchased a ups from The Matrix Warehouse Constantia Kloof. Unfortunately it was not exactly what I need to assist me to continue working during loadshedding. I had not opened or used the ups and had returned it two days later..... When I purchased the ups, I had paid cash, however the day I returned it, I was told by the new manager who had started on that very day (Tristan) that he did not know anything about the business and he would try and figure out how to do the refund. This was on the 1st of November 2022. He said he would send the accounts department an email. And the money is usually deposited on a Wednesday or a Thursday, so I could expect the refund back into my according within 24 hour. I then had a follow on Wednesday (2/11) and Thursday (3/11) as well as Friday (4/11) and Saturday (5/11) I spoke to Tristan and he told me that the money approved was lodged by the counts department on Thursday (4/11) at 12 in the afternoon so the money should be in by Friday.... Today is the 6th of November and I have still not received my money, I am extremely disappointed with the service and unprofessional display shown by the staff at the matrix Warehouse Constantia Kloof.
