Extremely disappointed
I am so disappointed with the service we got at the Centurion branch. On Friday the 4th of November we bought a power bank there, Saturday we took it back because one of the usb ports is not working, the type c cable was not included in the package and type c output port is not attached. Saturday we were told to come back on Sunday because manager was not around. Sunday the 7th of November we went and Malcom the manager was so rude to us and said he can’t take the power bank because the box was damaged. We could not get our refund because of a box. We are stuck with something that is not working because of a box. I am even going to write consumer complaints commission about.

The power bank you purchased uses the USB C port as the charging input port. It is not an output port. The package stipulates that the cable is not included. The refund was refused as there is nothing wrong with the product and the packaging was in such a state that we could not re-sell the item if we had refunded you.
