Extremely Bad service and Bad Attitude

<p>Twice I have walked into Matrix Warehouse Springfield looking for an item. First it was a DVI-HDMI cable. I got told by a staff member that they did not have stock of what i was looking for. He did not bother to look if they had the stock he just outrifght said they dont have it. I then went to look for myself to see what cables they did have and the first cable i picked up was the cable i asked for. Second time was this week i came in looking for a laptop adapter and again was just told they dont have what im looking for. He did not even try show them to me or make a plan. This is the last time i will walk into a Matrix and everywhere i go and every person i see will be told how **** the store and service is as well as their attitude to customers.</p>
