Excellent service from Matrix Randburg!

I would like to share with you the excellent service I had yesterday with technician Simphiwe (and the management and staff) at Matrix, Randburg. I had problems with my computer and installation of modem for newly installed Fibre and turned to Matrix (where I have been a client for many years) for help. Despite the company having only 1 very busy technician, the manageress allowed Simphiwe to make a house call and he sorted out all my problems speedily and efficiently. What a star! He begged me to try and persuade their head office to provide another technician - which I have already suggested they do in the past. Please take heed Matrix Head Office!
