Excellent Service

Came home from a busy morning in town - settled down to do some work - switch on my computer as usual and then my computer's mother board blew up - what a crisis! Andre and I rushed to Matrix to see if they could fix it. What excellent, awesome service from the technician Charlie and the rest of the Matrix team. Wow! They were prepared to go the extra mile after hours to put together a brand new tower box. I can't believe there is still people out there that put their customers first. For those who would be interested to know which Matrix I am referring to - it is the Matrix in Springfield, Durban.<br>
