Don't use this branch. Staff no idea what to do!!!?

Shocking service from the Blueberry branch. The manager is absolutely useless and has no clue what is on in the store. We took a laptop in to get this looked and the technical guy Sav after some time he said the laptop needs a new keyboard..... So we paid for it and it took ages to get any communication from anyone in the store. We then were told part arrived and we immediately rep**** to the staff member saying we would be in the next day. Low and behold we get there only to be told "he is off" well this did not sit well. The owner just happen to be in the store at the time and he said he would sort it out and that the other staff member is more than qualified to assist. Well 4 hours later and she couldn't get it sorted. Asked us to leave the laptop there for the actual technical person to look at it the next day. So again after many calls to the shop they said YES ALL WORK. On arrival the laptop is still not working and now nobody has a flipping clue how to get the laptop sorted. This is the beyond a joke. Staff are not clued up on products and have a Google fault finding issue.
