Don't buy from Matrix.
<p>Yesterday, I bought a 8GB RAM. Got home, it doesn't fit on my laptop. Took out and went back to the store with the sample. Requested they exchange it for me. They tell me they need to test it first before they accept it. But, they cannot do it today because their technicians are not at work. They tell to wait an hour they'll fetch the right in Alberton. I waited. After an hour they tell me that no one has stock for it. I must come back next week. I request a refund because they can't help, they say they don't offer refunds. They are robbing me, literally. It's been less than 24 hours and they can't refund me and cannot swap for the right. Don't buy from Matrix Computers.</p>

The store manager called me on Monday morning to resolve my problem. Great manager at the store. I wish all the stuff at that store can be able to resolve customer dissatisfaction as the manager and The Matrix Team.
