Do not use matrix for repairs, simply get hold of the technician and do repairs privately with him/her
Do not take your Pc/laptop in for repairs. If laptop is ****** matrix is not liable.
If any repairs are botched matrix is not liable.
Matrix runs from accountability, rather go to another branded speicalised repair shop that cares about its employees and customers.
