Dissapointed Client

I am utterly disappointed in the service which I received from Matrix Warehouse Rustenburg in 198 Beyers Naude Drive. I have ordered my child's Gr4 stationary from Bianca the 14th of November 2018. I have asked on my order form please to check my son's name and spell it correctly because 90% get it incorrect. A month later when my child's stationary arrived, we came across that my son's name is indeed incorrectly spelled. I asked them to please correct it for my, I will come and pick up die labels in January. Yesterday I arrived at the shop, then again my son's name was no where to be found. Not even on the list of names. Bianca took my cell phone number promised to call me back the same day. They are going to do it now. A day later I phone because she did not have the decency to phone me back. Sorry Bianca cant talk to me she is to busy. I refused to put the phone down. A guy called Hein then spoke to me. He gave me his cell phone number and asked if I can WhatsApp him my son's name then he will see what he can do. The school is starting tomorrow, 2 month's later and still no labels. I will never make use again of Matrix Warehouse stationary department.
