MatrixWarehouse I’m very disappointed with your service. On May 16th, I was quoted R1700 by Zunaid for a hard drive replacement. Upon arrival, I was informed of a higher price due to additional cloning costs. Despite no agreement on the new price and no further communication, I was forced to pay the full amount. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I request a refund of the overpaid amount to align with the original quote
