Dishonesty
I bought a CREATIVE A120 2.1 SPEAKERS on the19th February 2015 and it was in working order but four days later it stopped working. I then took it back to the shop to tell them that it stopped working and it doesn't come on anymore. the technician then took it and checked it and he confirmed that indeed it doesn't receive power. He then told me that they will have to take it back to their supplier for repairs of which i disputed that and told them that in their warranties clause it says \ Goods returned as defective within 7 day of purchase will be exchanged or replaced immediately after being tested by a Matrix Warehouse technician and deemed to be within the terms and conditions stated herein". <br> """

As per our warranty clause it also states that \Speakers\" are excluded from this clause and it will be sent to the suppliers for assessment before any decisions can be made.
