disappointment in Matrix

Good day

I am very upset my laptop was missing so I made a mistake in a rush to go a buy a new laptop of R6000 so I paid it and they told me that I can come a fetch it the next day 14 June that evening I found my laptop and on the 15 June when they phone me to come and fetch the laptop I told them I don't want it anymore and they told me there is nothing they can do.

So I just wonder how that can be possible . I wrote a email to head office and still waiting for a response
