Its been a week and still nothing from this company. After my last review they responded to say they looking into the matter and they will get back to me shortly, till today no response. I gave them enough time to investigate and they failed to even provide feedback regarding my laptop. Im now taking this further to the consumer goods and services ombudsmen.

20 Dec 2019, 15:36Our staff at the Maponya mall have stated that the unit was completely faulty when it was initially brought in for a battery replacement. The unit was faulty due to water damage. Our suppliers have also assessed the unit and gave the same result. Matrix got a quote for the client for a repair and the client rejected the quote claiming the laptop was not working as it did before it was brought in.
