Completely ignoring customer requests, trying to force completely different products down our throats

I recently enquired about the availability of one of their advertised laptops. After a couple of days - and only after I contacted them again a couple of times, including on social media - Matrix sent me two quotes for completely different laptops costing twice as much. I have no idea how this is supposed to bring in business for their branches, or fulfill customers' needs. I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere.
