complaint

Had my computer repaired in January 2022. A new SSD hard drive was fitted. Had to take it back a few times with issues. The computer started giving problems from November 2022. It would fail, files lost, windows not opening, saying pirate copy etc. Took computer to another IT company and was told that the SSD was *******. A new hard drive had to be fitted and new windows had to be installed, because the one on computer was also *******. I was informed that the ssd was of a very inferior quality. I took the ******* ssd drive back to Matrix for refund and was told that the guarantee expired in January. The person behind the counter was not helpful at all. Will not recommend this shop to anybody. Very disappointed
