Closing down????

I have been a loyal customer of Matrix Warehouse for decades, they the only people allowed to work on my PC. My PC packed up today and I drove to the Matrix store 29 min from my place only to find it has closed down, no explanation or update to their customers and the next nearest store is almost an hour from me.
