worse god dam service ever. both staff and head off are completely rude no decentcy for customers no service. make me drive r200 petrol for a refund they said they will give then get there and they dont want to refund. everything is in original Packaging nothing has been used and opened. managers staff and headoffice of table view branche respect their customers and then they say that no company will refund anyone. complete bull**** i workes in retail for 10years i know how return policies work. there is no info on the invoices or in shop and staff can not even have the decentcy to tell customers. the ordassity that they have to treat there customers with such rudenss

i recommend that noone uses matrix computer warehouse at all.

shop is even dirty as hell.
