Can't Even send back an email or phone

Good day<br> <br> This is the worst computer place in town, I work for a very known business with over 160 staff in the the this business, I took my Printer in for a service and the replace a fume. After the said that I will PAY R750 I paid R850 but that is not the issue. We then collected it after a week that it was there brought it back to the shop and then when we started to print it did the same we took it back and they said they will have have a look they didn't even service the printer it came back the same dusty way. It is 2 weeks later and they didn't even bother to call us and to tell us that the printer is ready. when we phoned on the 22th December Bianca is on leave and and Blazio tols us that he just changed the fume again. To see if it is still doing the same, They don't phone the customer and ask to come in to have a look if its working correctly and if the customer is happy. They have the speed of a snail and a bad customer attitude. This will be the last that i will take business there. I hope that the owner read this and come back to me ASAP. ***
