Can I Just Get My Money And Block You'll In Life!!!
If there was a -5 stars that's how would I would rate this store. Fast forward from them (Matrix Belair) breaking my old computer when I asked them to switch components for me and well I don't know what the deal was with them and Intel about my i9 processor (which i worked very hard for), now I am getting different responses about my refund and I had to go to Twitter and be rude before I could get a response from their head of operations who is currently out of the country according to his email however he did leave me emails of the people who are meant to help me, It is has been almost 2 weeks now and NO ONE out of 5 emails has even acknowledged my correspondence. I have been dealing with Matrix for over a month now and it is FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The processor was not bought at Matrix but at Evetech. When the assembly was done we discovered that there is a problem with the CPU. Note that Matrix did not break it, but it was received faulty by us. In stead of giving you the run around, Matrix provided you with outstanding service by sending the i9 processor back to Intel which is located overseas. As you can imagine this takes time. Intel has approved a refund and you will be paid out accordingly. I do apologize if you feel that you haven't received great service.
Well done to the staff involved in securing Sihle a refund of an item that was not bought from Matrix.
