Buyer Beware - Buy now, but don't expect any service after that

Spent R2200 on a UPS which I bought end Jan 2016. Stopped working last week. Was told by Deon that it's out of warranty and I must go to a security shop and buy batteries to fix it. When I complained he told me to get out of his shop! Will never go back. Shocking customer service.
