Beware of Matrix Computers South Gate Mall.

Literally, the worst service I have received in my life. First, they misdiagnosed the laptop repair to a port and when we went to collect the laptop it was still not working. They then had to order another part and promised it will take no more than another day or two. A week later we have been trying to get hold of them via telephone and they NEVER answer. No feedback from them nothing! The lady who works on the laptop physically had to go to the store to get any form of feedback on what is going on.

I explained to the technician on two occasions that this lady relies on her laptop to do her work and if it’s going to take any longer than a day or two he must rather give me my money back and I will buy a new laptop elsewhere. He suddenly had the part and said I can collect the first thing the next morning. He specifically apologized for the bad service and said I must send her to collect first thing the next morning.

I sent the lady to pick up her laptop as per the technician's instructions and they refuse to release the laptop because the payment does not reflect in their account yet. I made payment the previous evening minutes after receiving the invoice and immediately sent through proof of payment. They have no urgency or respect for customers. They cost this lady a week in production and still have the audacity to refuse release after giving us the instruction to send her the next morning. This is nothing but pure spitefulness.

I will NEVER make use of Matrix Computers again, our company has over 30 laptops and we have used them in the past all over the Country. This was the last time, they obviously don’t need our business. I will instruct our staff to avoid Matrix Computers as I won't pay the bill if they don't. If you urgently need any repairs to your devices, rather skip this Mickey Mouse company and take your electronic equipment to a computer shop that cares about their customers.

I officially give Matrix Computers in South Gate the award for “Worst Service of 2021 by Any Company in South Africa” – Well done, you deserve it!
