i have made an inquiry computer screens as there website is no help at all.<br> i tried to phone them no answer so i made an inquiry through there website.<br> <br> email response as follow:<br> <br> Hi,<br> <br> Thank you for your inquire.<br> <br> Regarding the quotation the I sent you.<br> I would just like to follow up to find out if you are happy with the quotation the you have received,<br> Are you still interested?<br> Would there be anything else that I can assist you with?<br> <br> <br> all i did was laughed because no quotation was attached or send by email<br> <br> <br> i personally will never support them again<br> <br> <br>

The quotation request was responded to on the same day that it was received via our website. All quotation requests are acted upon with the utmost urgency by a team of staff members. This follow up email in your post was sent from the same email address and to the same email address that the original quote was sent to. It is most strange that the initial email was not received but only the follow up. No response was received from you regarding the initial quote inquiry and that is the reason for the follow up email that you have now received.
