We wanted to change the fan on the computer. They wanted to overcharge us for the fan. We then decided that we were not going to buy the fan from them and told them not to take out any parts because we would come and collect it. When we went to fetch it, they had billed us for the checking fees and labor. Only when we got angry and complained, they removed the labor fee. We then took the computer to Matrix in Fourways crossing Branch and they helped us out, with excellent service we paid R49 for the very same fan that the first Matrix wanted us to pay over R300 for. And the job was done while we waited.
