Basil - goes out of his way to assist wherever he can
I received such wonderful service from Basil. He really did go out of his way to assist me with a few products. I had purchased the wrong items and I was advised that we could not get a refund/exchange however he did go out of his way to contact one of their suppliers to see if we can get a warranty claim. Highly recommend them.
