Bad service on incorrect product given

We received terrible service from the Balfour branch. My wife bought a printer cartridge having brought the original in to ensure she got the correct type along with the printer details. When putting the new one in the cartridges were not compatible. My father in law brought the cartridge back to get the correct one and they refused point blank to refund or swap it for the correct cartridge even though it was Matrix's error.
