Bad service on custom order

<p>Hi</p> <p>I've now contacted both your Park Meadows and Alberton branches in search of a Hard Drive Caddy for a laptop. Like this here:<br />http://www.takealot.com/aluminum-universal-sata-2nd-hdd-caddy-12-7-mm-hard-drive-enclosu/PLID ********** 4<br />Salesman at Park Meadows took my details on Monday (13/06), I phoned back on Wednesday since no one had gotten back to me but he wasn't there, and the salesman I spoke to said that your supplier was asking for a picture but that he'd try sort it out - still haven't heard back.<br />Also emailed your sales department on Wednesday asking if this was something you could get, they also haven't responded.<br />In an effort to help, my wife phoned your Alberton branch and the lady who helped her told her no, you cant get it (one branch says yes, one says no).<br />This really doesn't seem that complicated, either you have a supplier who can get this item, or you dont. Or you have staff who don't really want to help.</p>
