Bad service , Lack of Communication , No refund yet

I took my laptop in for an assessment at Matrix Warehouse Bellair on the 7th October 2023 , I only received the quotation back on the 13 October.

I then proceeded to make a payment for the part that was required on the same day(13th October 2023).

On the 24 October 2023 I was then advised that the part is not available from the intial supplier and was then issued with a new quotation from a different supplier which was double the amount .

I then rejected the 2nd quotation which was double the intital amount and requested a refund for the funds, that i have already paid for the initial part.

I send my banking details and proof of the bank as they requested.

Till today the 3rd November 2023 , I am still waiting for my refund , with no clear timelines for the refund and still a lack of communication from Matrix warehouse Bellair
