Bad service, Attitude and *******

I am so furious at the store as they all of sudden phoned me and want to know how can they help me. What puzzled me is when we were there on Monday they were not willing to assist and the manager by the name of \Yusuf"was so rude and had a don't care attitude. Why does he wants to speak to us now when we tried to reason and understand he just say there is nothing he can do. The story is this"
