Bad service and terrible complaint management

Early January 2015 I brought my PC into Matrix Warehouse Fourways mall for repair, reinstallation Windows 7, which I had some trouble doing myself. Matrix had the PC for over 8 weeks and I was at the store to get an update almost weekly. All the time told the same story, the repair guy having some trouble with the installation. Not a single time did Matrix proactivly get back to me over the phone to tell me the status. Then at last I was told everything was ok and I got the PC back. When home I found out it did not work, same error as before, so I went back to get a refund. Now Matrix managed only to refund me less then half of the amount after waiting for 1 hour. The manager said he would bring it up with central accounts and get back to me. Nothing happened so I went back this week. New manager and I spent an additional 1 hour finding the reciept explaining the situation. The manager could not solve it and said he would sort with HO and call me back the same day. Nothing happended for three days so today I went back. Manager had not been able to sort it with HO and unable to sort out the whole situation. Very bad service, I strongly recommend not to shop at Matrix Warehouse.

Hello Patrik,

Thank you for your post.

We apologise for your frustration with this issue. It is a pity that you have waiting This PC was worked on extensively where there were many issues resulting in a quest to get all the correct drivers installed for the upgrade. The labor charge is relevant as the software was installed as per the instruction given to the technicians to reinstall the operating system. The labor is non refundable as there was a lot of time spent on the unit and labor is not free. If there are still issues with the laptop please return it to the store in order to check how we can rectify it.
