Bad Service and no Prices on Shelve

<p>Just went to the woodmead store as I am looking to buy new headphones, as soon as I start looking at the itams on Display I cannot find any prices on anything. So I asked the sales man and get told "Our competitors always comes in to look at the prices, so they had to take a diffrent approach". The problem with that is I can go onto the website to see the prices.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I said ok what is the prices then and he imidaitly starts grabbing the 3 most expensive one's and I told him that my budget is R600 and he puts back to of them and took a couple of others. Got to the counter he starts scanning the items by the 4th one I forgot what the 1st one is, and have to ask again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think this is absolutly ridiciolus as it makes me feel under pressure, as I like to browse and take my time, and if I find that it is not what I am looking for actually go over my budget to get something I like.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my knowlage also the price should always be on the product. Just becuase of this you lost a dedicated client as I always buy my PC stuff from Matrix!!!</p>
