Bad Service and dont know what they are doing
<p>Did a payment two weeks ago , gave Marcello the proof of payment still wanted a swift proof from bank gave them that phened Macello last week friday told me still waiting from accounts today spoke to a lady by the name of Wanita at accounts she told me payment was in the bank from the 12 of Sep so why the is Marcello wasting my time this is the last time i do business with Matrix Alberton</p>

The amount paid in was from the Congo.The total amount paid and amount that reflected in the account was totally difrent. The bank took off some charges before clearing it into our account. Therefore they could not pick the payment up, hence we asked for the Swift code, which enabled us to track the payment. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
