bad service

Matrix in Arbour Crossing amanzimtoti. Received extremely rude and unhelpful service from them this morning. They made no effert to assist me with a problem I had linking my computor to my printer. Told me to log into google and do it myself. The reason I asked them was because I could not get it done. The staff member then turned his back on me and walked to the back of the shop. At the age pf 75 I do not expect to be treated in that manner. . I was the only person in the store at the time so they were not busy.
