Bad Service
I walked into Matrix yesterday to get a quote on a custom Computer <br> The sales guy behind the counter was very unfriendly, i was looking for some pricing on some parts - and gave him the budget i had <br> He just said i will not make it in the price range i had after typing in the products, i asked to send me the quote anyway.<br> How does he know if i wont come back an buy 2 or 3 of the parts requested that will maybe fall in the price range? i suggest he should get some training in customer care<br>

According to the store these are the items you needed a quote on,
Asus x99 deluxe M/B, Cooler master cosmos 2, i7 h5820k Processor, Corsair or cooler master 580 watt Power supply, Corsair h100i, Asus R9-290, Kingston 256gb ssd, Kingston 16gb 2400mhz Ram.
You had a budget of R 27000 and the staff informed you that they wouldn't be able to get it for that price. The staff did say they would still do the quote for you but as it was a public holiday they would only get back to you today with all the updated pricing as not all the stock was on their system. Theu will contact you today with the required pricing.
