Bad service

<p>A friend of mine brought in her laptop for service, she has never received any feedback ever since she has been coming in for 3 times during the 7 months to check up on her laptop and they giving her the run around, she comes in on the 16 of August and still no feedback no call and the manager gets aggressive when he questioned about the laptop. </p>
