Bad see service
I bought a laptop from matrix warehouse only to find out it didn't have a cd rom I returned it they did the refund on a wrong bank card which is not mine now they are refusing to refund my money because they payed the wrong person they keep insisting that they did the refund to me which is not correct .

We agreed to credit you once discovered that the stock bought was not the correct stock wanted / needed. You then proceeded to present us with a card and asked us to do the credit onto the card that you presented. We then credited the appropriate amount to the card you gave us and all were happy.
Unfortunately the matter is out of our hands and you need to contact your bank to get the money transferred into the correct account.
