Bad Quality Bad Service

I Bought a Keyboard mouse combo on 2020/11/13 at Matrix Warehouse Alberton A few days later it completely stopped working. I returned it and asked for a refund or an exchange. They told me that the usb receiver is damaged and they can not refund me and only send it in to the manufacturer to assess which would take 2 days. When I asked what i must do in the meantime they said i must buy a new and pay another R950.
