Bad IT Support

<p>On Sunday I brought in my Desktop PC. I left it whit the Technician as I had to go to other stores quickly. I asked him to give me an diagnoses of PC as to why it is not starting up. I informed his I fitted the Desktop with an new Power Supply.</p> <p> </p> <p>I left him and I came back around 30 to 45 min. He then informed me that my Motherboard has popped my new power supply. I asked him how is that possible he did not have an answer has he wasn’t sure. I asked him about the CPU if the pins are bent on Motherboard he said that he can’t see anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then left with the PC again waiting for him to give me an quote on the same motherboard or an new one.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then took my Desktop to an friend on mine who has Technical degree and he then told me he will have an look and also test with the equipment he has with him on hand to give me an diagnoses.</p> <p> </p> <p>He then told me that my Pins on the motherboard is bent and he fixed that for me and the PC works 100% again. He had to give me an new Power Supply as the Band New One got damaged by Matrix.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now asking myself as an customer with no Technical background and trusting Matrix to assist me to find the problem and they still could not find the problem they just caused damage to my new Power Supply.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am looking for answers from Matrix and requesting an replacement of the Power Supply that the Technician broke.</p> <p> </p>
