Bad customer service matrix warehouse

Good day,im having a bad customer service from matrix in springs mall,I purchased all my components from them,in January I bought an i3 7100 cpu,in november 2018 the cpu stop working,I took it to matrix for a warranty claim,they told me they would send it back for replacement,this was on the 25/11/2018,I have not received any calls or information regarding this,if I phone them and ask for assistance they could not help me and said they would phone me back,im still waiting for this call to happen,im very disappointed in their service and will never buy any product by them again.no service at all.
