Bad customer service

The worst customer experience I have ever had at Alberton. I tried to return an incorrect pc cable and they let me wait for 34 minutes then telling me they only do refunds on Thursdays and that I must supply them with a letter from my bank confirming my banking details before they can do the transfer back into my account. I had the receipt with me and they only had to transfer back into the same account that we paid them from but NO they need the banking letter. I will never ever shop with them again!
