Bad customer service

Very unhappy with matrix I bought something yesterday and returned it the next day unopened and sealed they told me they can't refund my R450. I asked why they didn't want to send the product away for inspection because they don't want to pay for courier fees which is ridiculous. They gave me in store credit that must be used in 30 days. I barely shop at this place so how do they expect me to spend that R450 on something I don't need. They didn't even stipulate there refund policy to me or have any signs about it in the shop. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will not take my business to them anymore I don't support them anymore they just ****ming people with not giving proper refunds.
