BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

Bought a ASUS laptop on 28/01/2018 for R16 200.00. After one month machine crashed, graphic cards not working. Returned it to Matrix Southdowns on 5/3/2018 whereby salesman admitted it was faulty from day one. Promised me a new laptop by owner who was going to return in to their warehouse in Alberton the very next day....... after numerous phone calls and promises, nothing happened. MY son studies IT programming and was reffered to Matrix by Centurion Academy and specified the above mentioned Laptop for his studies. Now sits without a laptop and loads of promises and no response from Matrix or Asus!!!!! Wil never recommend buying anything from Matrix again or any ASUS product. NO AFTER SALE SERVICE AT ALL
