Awesome service.

I would just like to express my appreciation on the excellent service i receoved at your Alberton Branch. I got an old Pentium 4 desktop PC in a mini case. My existing heat sink and fan had broken down. I took my PC to the technical team an, who informed me that they would need to special order the new component. A week later i was called and told the component had arrived. I took my PC in so that they could fit the new unit. Due to the size of the new heat sink it was going to be a mission. But not for a technician called 'Shane'. This guy was not going to stop until the heat sink was installed properly. He had to strip my entire box to install the new heat sink. Two hours later it was done. It is such a pleasure to meet someone you is so dedicated and friendly in the work place. Thanks Shane for the awesome service.
