Are you taking advantage of a Pensioner?

I took my laptop in to have the left hinge (holding the cover and laptop together) repaired on my Lenovo Laptop on Wednesday, 7th October 2015. They called the technician from the back (Dean) and I explained everything to him. The manager came through, interrupted us saying that he knew someone who has a Lenovo and he had to drill a hole through it and ***** it to his computer table because these are **** Lenovo's. However the technician said he would open it and see if he can fix it and if not he will just close it. Thursday they called to say sorry they couldn't fix it but I can come fetch it. On Friday, I get there to collect it and the laptop is in 2 parts. After waiting for Dean to return from lunch, he explained that another technician worked on it? So I leave empty handed. On Tuesday, 12th I called to complain to Dean who then told me not to be snooty with him and that he would have the laptop returned to me yesterday. I am still waiting for my laptop or at least the decency of a telephone call??? My taxi fare is R70 one way just to get to Matrix and I have had to do it twice already with absolutely no progress AT ALL???
